Kate is a seasoned law enforcement professional and consultant with over 20 years of experience in organizational change, crisis management, and investigative practices. She is an expert in leadership training and multidisciplinary practices, with a proven record of enhancing public safety and community engagement.
Kate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a mediation certificate from Oregon Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University. She is a doctoral candidate in the Organizational Change & Leadership program at University of Southern California (USC).
Kate is skilled in leading transformative change initiatives through organizational development, strategic consulting, and evidence-based insights. She is committed to advancing public safety, enhancing law enforcement practices, and fostering trust and community partnerships nationwide to drive impactful, sustainable outcomes. Kate is focused on helping others with their professional development, driven by a deep passion for integrating harmony into work-life balance.
Kate has significant experience presenting on negotiation tactics, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, advanced communication techniques, mediation, leadership, self-care, organizational health, team collaboration and investigations.
Michele brings over 14 years of expertise in clinically-trained interviewing techniques, behavioral and data analysis, and results-driven strategic problem-solving. With an intentionally diverse career in investigative and analytical roles, she is now a licensed private investigator with an expertise in motivational, forensic, cognitive, and trauma-informed interviewing, as well as rapport-building, statement analysis, behavioral profiling, and culturally adaptive communication—skills.
Michele holds a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Lynn University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Portland State University. Her unique background in forensic application, market research, and trauma-informed care equips her to navigate diverse cases, connect intricate patterns, and translate complex information into clear, meaningful insights.
